1) Please book your appointment first below at the bottom of the page. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation.

Booking a Private Flu Vaccine 2023/2024

 

 

 1) Please book your appointment in the slot below at the bottom of this page. Once booked you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Please download and fill out this form  before attending your PRIVATE FLU VACCINE appointment. You will need to bring this with you.

 

Booking all Travel/Other Vaccines 

 

 

1. Download and fill out a vaccine consultation form: PATIENT CONSULTATION FORM.

You will need to bring the above form to your appointment.

2. Please call the pharmacy once you have made your booking to confirm your appointment and to check that we have your vaccine available.

Booking Yellow Fever Vaccine

Please call the pharmacy once you have made your booking to confirm your appointment and to check that we have your vaccine available. 

 

Booking Earwax Removal

 

 

Please note that olive oil should be used twice daily at least 7 to 10 days prior to your appointment for successful microsuction. Additional charges of £20 will be charged for extra visits.
